Shipping policy

In our web shop, the prices stated are charged in euros including VAT (currently 19%, or 7% for books). In addition, shipping costs within Germany apply:

GERMANY: EUR 6.90€

EUROPEAN UNION: EUR 15.90€

UK: EUR 19.90€

SWITZERLAND: EUR 24.90€

PLEASE NOTE: If an order contains several pre-orders that are released on different dates, we will always automatically ship the complete order on the date of the latest release (example: in July you order one release that comes out in August and one that comes out in September. Everything will then be shipped together in September).

As a rule, we dispatch the order within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment. In addition, there is the time required to deliver your order, which as a rule, however, only takes 1-2 working days. We currently deliver within Germany by DHL. If you are not at home, you will receive a notification card stating the address of the branch where your parcel is being held. You can collect your order there within 1 week. Nevertheless, please always check the tracking number provided, in case NO notification card was left or it has been lost.

***** IMPORTANT *****
What to do in the event of transport damage:
Should the carrier attempt to deliver a shipment in a damaged condition, we ask for your support: although we bear the transport risk for the shipment, and complaints can and of course should be reported to us, we are only reimbursed for the damage if you support us by kindly following the procedure below:

Please check on receipt of the goods whether the shipping carton is undamaged. Should the shipping carton be damaged, creased or dented, the simplest course would normally be to unpack the goods in the presence of the parcel service and check whether they have also been affected.
As this is unfortunately hardly possible nowadays, we ask you to refuse acceptance of the goods straight away. Reason: "Transport damage".
Should the delivery simply have been left somewhere, you must report the unopened parcel immediately at the nearest post office branch by presenting the entire shipment.
There, a "damage report for a traceable shipment after delivery" will be drawn up. Acceptance is thereby refused retrospectively. Please then send us a copy of this damage report by e-mail (photographed or scanned).
This damage report, together with the damaged shipment, is forwarded to the dispatching or originating freight centre and forms the basis for recording the damage and for any compensation settlement with the sender of the freight shipment.

We will then settle everything else with you and with the carrier's claims department.
The fact is, unfortunately, that if you accept the delivery and do not report this damage directly to the carrier, the delivery is deemed to have been "delivered in perfect condition" and we can no longer claim for the damage caused by the carrier.
Thank you very much.
